What's Inside
We’re not like other drinks.
There’s a lot that makes Bai Antioxidant Infusion® special. With vitamin C or E, a dietary antioxidant, only 10 calories and 1 gram of sugar per serving and deliciousness galore - we could go on. But that’s just the start. To really understand what sets us apart from your more basic beverages, you have to first forget everything you thought you knew about the coffee plant. Even if you didn’t know coffee grew on a plant. Forget it all!
The Pulp
The Bean
Beyond the bean.
The coffee bean used for your morning joe is actually only the centre of the coffee fruit. There’s a whole other half, an outer red pulp, which most people don’t even know about. And although it’s not typically used for brewing coffee, we still wanted to show it love by bringing it into our family of ingredients. That way, we not only give it a delicious new home, but also add something special to every sip of Bai®.
Positively pro antioxidants.
By innovating ways to turn one person’s coffee fruit into another person’s superfruit, we’re helping reduce food waste. And since there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing, we also use tea leaf extract and vitamin C or E to ante up Bai Antioxidant Infusion® even more.
[Good]
Antioxidants give an extra electron to the free radical.
Caused by pollution, UV radiation, x-rays, stress, strenuous exercise and other factors.
Neutralized, the chain of free radicals stops. Atom becomes stable.
Sweetener made from the leaves of the plant species Stevia Rebaudiana.
Low-calorie sweetener known as sugar alcohol.
Smart sweeteners.
Of course tasting great is important, but for us, so is using naturally sourced sweeteners. That’s why Bai® uses a special blend of stevia leaf extract and erythritol (a.k.a. our smart sweeteners) to give you all taste you want. You could call drinking Bai® a win-win. But, when you also consider the dietary antioxidants derived from vitamin C or E, it’s more like a win-win-win.
